Define and agree functional strategy with the Senior managers and team managers. Propose and plan & budget on all Electronics development activities including resources, tools. Establish functional structure • Planning

Reinforce the relation to build up DU East Asia position.

Act as the line manager to support project together with other line functions To establish and organize the line management in order to have secure project support.
People Management
Recruit quality candidates and provide the guidance, coach and train in order to maintain / develop competence. Motivate team manager and staff. Develop right competence. • Leading / control
