HR Manager
Working location: Guangzhou
Report to: China HR Director
Subordinates: 4
Our client is a global Chemical company, they have more than 5000 employees and 8 plants in China and plan to expand in the next 3 years, a plant HR is in need to plan, organize, direct and supervise the Human Resources operations of the Management Co org and contribute to the business operations as a member of the Management, in compliance to the company’s values and in accordance with the Country norms and at optimized costs.
Responsibilities :
Implement and control recruitment and induction procedures, in order to fulfill the organization’s competency needs, with full involvement of China HR Director
Ensure implementation of all People Development processes , People Review and prepare Development plans, succession plans and organize inter/intra unit mobility, in order to motivate employees by defining their development and career path
Implement Comp & Ben policies, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
Participate in customization of Comp & Ben with HR Director
Define, recommend and implement internal communication processes and tools, in order to sustain the Company’s culture and ensure employees’ commitment
Establish rapport, interact regularly with employees to provide them a medium to share their concerns in order to develop a positive work environment
Team management and coaching
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience in Personnel Management or HR as a generalist
Experience in all related HR activities of Employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll and immigration.
Fluent English
Experience of working in a global Company, confidently and independently
Flexibility to maneuver in a matrix Organization, with direct and dotted line reporting
