Nutrition Manager
Our client is a Europe based leading provider of a diversified variety of food products. With dedication to Nutrition and Innovation, the company has progressively and successfully developed the businesses into different parts of the globe. And due to their increased activities in China Region, an opportunity has now arisen for the role of Nutrition Manager, based in shanghai to take the responsibilities for further developing the nutritional strategies, implementation, smooth communication between different organizations, applications development, and team leadership.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:
Linking pin between marketing, R&D and local research institutes;
Manages Nutritional Communication & Consumer Care Center;
Develop Nutritional Training Program;
Develops Nutritional Communication Materials;
Maintains contacts with Corporate R&D;
Sets up and maintains contacts with Local Research Institutes;
Monitoring Local Research Developments;
Management of Consumer Contact Center;
Improves quality of Consumer Contacts (consumer satisfaction);
Manages Agency Contacts;
New Product Development;
Management Consumer Contact Center:
Manage nutritional team
Reporting
Budget Management
Alignment departments
Job Knowledge, Skills
Management Experience (team, call center)
Experience in developing Nutritional programs and communication
Good communicator- creating own professional network
English language (speaking and writing)
Proven track record in nutritional position
Previous working in International environment
Qualifications & Experiences:
Candidates with high potential for further development
Nutritional working experience
Entrepreneur
Pro-active: takes initiative/ self starting (proven experience)/high energy
Conceptual thinking
Higher Education- Nutritional Background
Previous experiences in FMCG/ Health Foods/others
