relying on your luck is certainly one way to do it, but then you know you cannot depends on luck for your career: need to learn how to grab by the horn and ride a bull
otherwise, be glad you have a family and enjoy your coze time home: keep look at your watch and count how many hours left before you return to home. that's one way of making a living too and there is nothing wrong with that. but quit bitching about discrimination or unfair practice. because you know it is bullshit: THIS WORLD IS NEVER GOING TO TBE FAIR either you accept waht a whimp you are be happy about it, or do some about it
it does not help wining but doing jothing about it. at least that's how i look at it: you do not have no one else but yourself to blame: life is a bitch, the question is what are you gonna do about it?
