the first teacher seems to have a great training, but still on his way to find his own feeling. however he could be a great teacher for scketch (his sketch is very very good), much better than the one from your last link
however,having several teachers has been good for your kid so he does not get single sided bias from any one
if you want your kid to become an architect, the first teacher would be the best bet
at the age of your kid, the most important part is for him to learn more to develop him mind than his skill, as i believe, but many may tell you the opposite.
i taught kids of that age for a short while on weekends, combined water color practice in the field and sketch in my own studio, while i always gave them time for doing any thing art they felt like (some ballet class offer 10 minutes "free style" for same reason) just so that they could always stay in touch with their own creative mind and preserve the capacity
