I agree that the market is there and the timing is also very good. Also, there should be some experienced people here with different expertises. Just want to say few words:

That's really not true. Most turtles are considered "farmer" in cities like SH or BJ. Only few others like Mr. An or Dong Cai could be the exception. So, I would suggest you to downplay the connection between Turtle and Fashion.
2. It's not easy to get high-quality stuff with relatively cheap price from Europe. It's a small circle basically. Some people SH have already done something, but not very successful. Most likely you will end up with either buy expensive stuff, then taking huge risk/burden, or get cheap stuff but no customer.
