POSITION: Project Manager
COMPANY: A Famous Multi-nation US IT Company
WORKING LOCATION: Beijing
REQUIRMENTS:
1.Excellent Japanese communication skills with customer in Japan, being comfortable to communicate with Japanese face-to-face or over telephone, read and write Japanese business documents. Previous working experience in Japan is a great plus.
2.Good at project estimation, including project size, effort and cost, according to requirement document, basic design document, or detail design document.
3.At least 3 years full-time project management experience of full project life cycle in Japanese projects from project initiating, planning, executing, controlling and executing.
4.Fluent in all necessary project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office or other tools.
5.At least 3 years full-time software development experience. Comfortable with one of the following technologies. At the same time, has knowledge of the other technologies.
· J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, Structs)
· .NET/Microsoft expertise (C#, VB .NET, VC++, VB, ASP)
· Unix C/C++
· Oracle/SQL Server
6.Strong self-confidence and capability to understand, analyze, and solve problems.
7.The sufficient experience in the one of the following business domains:
· Manufacture
· NSP
· Logistics
· Finance
· Others
8.Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel.
9.Work under pressure.
10.Know well about Japanese culture
11.Short term and long term travel to Japan.
