chinese love to stay in research labs. most of chinese are introvert. let's face it - chinese are not very outgoing, not willing to get out of comfort zone. most of us are not adventurous. not confident to do things in a social setting.
i also have seen more indians in consulting business. particularly in tech/system integration. in management consulting, it's kind of same story but less obvious than in tech.....
