Major Accountabilities:
* Evidence displayed of a willingness to grow wallet share. This involves identifying and acting upon potential customer opportunities with referral to the Trade sales team representative(s)
* Process and track trade and non-trade transactions while minimising risk
* Provide accurate service by complying with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and adhering to loss control procedures Maintain effective and efficient records
* Provide responsive customer service, providing feedback to customers on issues associated with their transaction, and ensure their specific arrangements are implemented as and when required
* Maintain consistent and regular contact with a network of internal and external contacts, especially the Manager/Team Leader, Trade Service to ensure the key drivers of the business are implemented. Understand the requirements of the Trade sales team representative(s) and ensure that instructions are being carried out appropriately
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years banking experience in relation to Trade Finance area
* Good understanding of UCP, ISBP rules and State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) regulations
* A strong desire to be part of a customer focussed team
* Excellent communication skills (English & Chinese)
