要求：
（1）商业应用软件开发背景；
（2）熟悉立项、开发、交付流程；
（3）5+年开发经验，1+年团队组建经验；
（4）c，c++,c#,java；
（5）ERP应用经验（a plus）；
（6）2+开发或测试经验；
（7)流利的英语。
1.a development lead to build and run our Asia Pacific Research and Development team ba<x>sed in Shanghai, China. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and shipping packaged software products and would have gone through multiple product shipping cycles.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work across time zones are required in order to collaborate with teams across multiple international locations. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a passion and track record of working with teams to build innovative and easy to use products that solve real-world customer problems.
3. Background in developing Business Applications is preferred but not required. 5+ years development experience. You have proven management experience and team building skills of 1+ year of managing other managers. Excellent organizational, management, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
