My in-laws have to buy a house in Shanghai...sooner rather than later. Far away from Shanghai all I can do is to collect infomation for them so they can go through the decision processing. I have been surfing this forum for a while and realize there are a lot of risks going in now.
So the question is is it worth to wait for another 6 months? I mean, they can rent an apartment for the short run and closely watch the market. But who knows.
