Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing both product and the professional service project, start from pre-sale to project closeout.
l Plan and coordinate project activities as well as resources Define internal delivery project process and monitor the execution of the process
l Lead a project team of internal and external resources to provide solutions and services to customers
l Manage projects development and service rollout, with proven methodology and industry best practice, with focus in on-time quality delivery and strong sense of project expense v.s. customer satisfaction
l Develop, implement and maintain communication and progress reports and channels
l Handling the total customer experience (including the escalation, charging process)
l Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities on products and services
Experience Requirements
1. Must have at least five (5) years working experience on system administration with demonstrable achievements.
2. Be familiar with system technologies. Decent knowledge and experience on
a)Operation System (Windows, UNIX, Linux)
b)Database (one of the major database system like Oracle, Sybase, DB2)
c)Mid-ware (like MQ, Tivoli, BizTalk, etc.)
d)SAP basis
e) Proficient Shell/script programming
f) System Security & Network planning experience.
3.Project experience on a large scale ERP project with a major role in the area of system design, optimization and daily support.
4.Experience on system migration, performance tuning, data interface design.
5.Experience on retail, e-commerce and data warehouse is a plus.
6.Self motivated with the spirit of "pursuit of excellence". Proven track record in optimizing infrastructure activities with better result.
7.Good oral and written English skills required. Good paperwork and presentation skill is a plus
8.Logical thinking with good analytical skill. Be proactive and positive, careful and detail.
9.Must be hands-on, team oriented and feel comfortable in a fast paced environment.
