工作简述 Test Lab Managers (2)
1. At least 3 years PC system(or components) design and testing experiences
with excellent knowledge of PC architecture.
Experience of designing/testing CPU, harddrive, video, audio, NIC card etc.
2. Strong PC hardware components and embeded software experience,
with detail-oriented with attention to product quality. (3+ years)
3. Understand Development and test workflow process well, with ability in organizing
and managing multiple projects, setting priorities and working independently
under aggressive timelines (3+ years).
4. Strong people management experiences. Have managed a team of 20+ people for at least 2 years.
Ability to move and inspire the team to innovate, incorporate, and produce winning designs,
concepts, and details.
5. Strong development or test project management expertiences with ability
to manage multiple programs and/or areas simultaneously
and work under date-driven schedules (3+ years).
6. Strong English communication skills and need to understand Mandarin well.
7. Bachelors degree in CS or EE or comparable relevant work experience
in lieu of education required.MSEE or MSCS preferred
8 Understanding of Microsoft Operating System architecture,
versed in use of MS-Word Processor, MS-Outlook, MS-Power Point, MS-Excel
