一、Assistant. Manager IT Planning & Control 1人Reporting to： Manager Planning & Control
职位要点总结：

as Mger职位期望total8年经验；具有IT大型项目管理经验；IT技术不限（SAP, Java, C++, Web Services, ORACLE, .Net均可）
财务背景项目经验（必须）；
管理团队5人以上；
英语流利
base地点：沈阳；

JD
To ensure the proper implementation of IT Planning, Budget and Purchase Controlling, Resource management,
and Coordination IT corresponding status overview.
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for a comprehensive range of budgetary and fiscal analyses aimed for IT budget planning；
Must have experience with business systems functional analysis, design, testing and documentation
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently is essential
Must have highly effective analytical and problem solving skills
Coordinate with BMW AG and ZA for IT related operation contract and payment process
Responsible for a comprehensive range of budgetary and fiscal analyses aimed for IT budget planning
Responsible for IT purchase forecast and corresponding creation activities in SAP
Responsible for IT resource plan,coordination and status
Ensure and control the IT internal measurement implementation, like project,VPS ……overview

二、Advanced Specialist Project 2-3个HC

财务背景项目经验（必须）；
