Main competencies required:
You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in computer science or equivalent training and experience.

• Strong leadership skills
• At least five years of project management experience

• Good ability to manage cost control using SAP or similar
• Experience in agile development methods
• PMI/PMP Certification is a plus

2 Line Manager Application

3 German Speaking PM/SA

Position Overview:

The Project/Program Manager defines job requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementing project and/or interrelated Programs activities in a project/Program office environment. The job progression identifies responsibilities ranging from providing support for small to medium projects to contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage development of strategic or tactical business plans.


Responsibilities:
• Plans, directs, and co-ordinates a cross-functional team’s activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated Programs from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
• Leads the project/Program team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
• Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements and client's long-term goals.
• Facilitates status review meetings among project team members and clients.
• Works with senior management on project/Program proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
• Proposes and develops add-on Program opportunities.
• Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key Program criteria.
• Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
• Identifies and recommends contingency measures.
• Leads the Program team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all Program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources, and risk.
• Works with senior management on Program proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
• Controls project/Program requirements, cost, scope, and change management issues.
• Typically manages a project/program having a team size of around 20 -50 FTE.

Qualifications:
• Fluent German Speaking, and working experience in German is preferred
• Experience in Automotive industry is preferred
• Experience in SOA, Integration, Websphere, J2EE, TIBCO, Oracle Databa<x>se, or SAP project management
• Good communication skills, team-working spirit and leadership.
• 3-5+ big project/program management experiences for multinational customers.
• Good understanding and strong execution on global projects
• Be consultative to provide comments/recommendations of best practice to customers
• Manufacturing IT projects background would be needed


German Speaking SA
Position Overview:

The SA develops and maintains the high-level design plan for the overall applications, data and infrastructure architectures. SA provides technical leadership across the organization, from top line decision making down to the project planning level. Gains commitment for high-level infrastructure plans, and initiates and participates in projects to evaluate technologies and methods of implementation. SA can also be responsible for end to end architectural solution for complex applications.


Responsibilities:
• Assess business requirements and technology alternatives
• Contributes to strategy and policy development.
• Builds multi-platform technology consensus across business units.
• Evaluate and/or pilot new technology.
• Implement new technologies in small and medium scale environments.
• Contribute to the development of business cases
• Responsible for the functional design and architecture of application systems across all technologies and platforms
• Designs application's technical infrastructure, such as specific databa<x>ses, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
• Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic across all platforms.
• Provides broad understanding of platforms and applications across all technologies.
• May lead implementation of new technical architecture.
• Coordinate technical environments and technology evaluations.
• Builds consensus within technical area and advocates alternatives.
• Leads multidisciplinary and multi-organizational planning projects.
• Recognizes technology opportunities and generate strategies.
• Defines regulations, standards, policies and codes.

Qualifications:
• B.A. / B.S. and above, major in computer and/or management science or related field and 5+ years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience application design and leading a large integration systems on two of the following skill of SOA – IBM Webshere, Window 7 roll-out, Oracle Databa<x>se, IT architect, J2EE. TIBCO, System Admin, Infrastructure, Web technology, Portal, Testing, Operation, SOA Developer, Incadea, or SAP/CRM Architect
• Experience in DMS/CRM or related integration solution is a plus.
• Applied experience in large and complexity applications and business analysis.
• Fluent German Speaking
• Automotive Industry is a plus
• Good communication skills, team-working spirit and leadership.
