Business Process Expert

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
As a Manufacturing Consultant, you will apply your SAP expertise in Planning and Production Management to develop, optimize and deploy business processes to enable and enhance productivity in the Supply Chain organization.

As a member of Business Systems Team, interfacing with business partners to provide global solutions to ERP business processes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Acts as a Planning/Production systems lead and expert, and provides support for complex issues.
 Designs/implements business processes in the areas of Planning and Production to meet the business needs of Agilent.
 Consult with business partners to drive continuous ERP system-enabled workflow improvements.
 Manage and /or perform the design, testing and application of SAP system configuration in line with business requirements and global standards.
 Technical or business consultant to groups and business level managers.
 Key contributor/functional leader for integration activities associated with business acquisitions.
 Leads the development of high impact and/or long range strategic projects and initiatives.
 Presents education and training materials to internal user groups and forums. Deliver periodic training to the organization.

Requirements:
 Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
 With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Planning and Production modules.
 Firm understanding of Supply Chain operations; its principles, strategies and goals
 Understanding of SAP from the business function and technical perspective, including requirements analysis, functional design, testing, user training, operation and support.
 Proven strong project management & organizational skills
 Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
 Strong teamwork, collaboration and ability to influence others.
 Strong presentation and communication skills
 Fluent in Mandarin and English
 SAP certified consultant is highly desirable
