Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
1.Engage with internal customer to understand the needs of training.
2.Follow Dell product roadmap, engage with global training program managers to get necessary information; Prepare and develop the training prior to training delivery.
3.Deliver the technical training.
4.Actively track training result via getting feedback and trainees’ performance change.
5.Actively participate in L&D initiatives.
6.Continuously learn new knowledge according to the requirement of business.
Responsibility(职位要求)：
1.Degree of bachelor in Computer Science, IT or other related fields or equivalent.
2.5+ years service experiences on enterprise products including server, storage, network, enterprise operating system, management software, backup solution.
3.Certified MCSE / MCITP for Windows 2003/2008; Certified RHCE or equivalent skill on Linux;
4.CCNA and VCP proffered;
5.Good sense on new technology; fast learner; Wide vision on enterprise IT industry.
6.Project management experience preferred.
7.Good communication and presentation skill and is able to communicate professionally with all levels of workforces.
8.Fluent English skill on speaking, listening and writing is a must for this position.
