Opportunity:
Currently we would like to expand our Banking team. We need candidates who have the skills to deal with clients and are able to do the full execution of assignments. These candidates must have the potential to further develop to become independent Consultants to build their own client ba<x>se.
Responsibilities (for Consultants the job is working fully independent with clients and building clients):
- Provide support to senior consultants and clients with the execution of assignments:
1) Identify and select candidates
2) Interview and shortlist candidates
3) Recommend candidates to senior consultant and clients
4) Prepare and present resumes and consultant comments
5) Research and development of search reports
6) Arrange and follow up interviews with candidates and clients
7) Assist the client in the final selection and negotiation
- Keep our Recruitment Management System (RMS) up-to-date
- Cold calling candidates/clients to find the right candidate for open positions
- Build a candidate network and maintain relationships with contacts to build a referral network
- Meet kpi’s (candidate identification/presentation, calls, billing, client visits)
- Other responsibilities assigned by senior consultant or GM
- Develop yourself to build your own client ba<x>se (identify future opportunities, build a network)
- Building up industry knowledge, job knowledge to further develop
Qualifications:
- University degree or above
- Stable 3-5 working industry (can be banking related; sales position in a bank or recruitment), for Consultants we need 5-8 years working experience
- Flexible, independent, pro-active, smart, must have a win spirit and result driven
- Able to work under pressure and with patience
