ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Salary:

Ningbo
Reporting to:
General Manager
Travelling:
Once per month, depending on GM's travelling schedule.
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Support GM with administrative tasks
+ Prepare and organize all important meetings (including reports and minutes of meeting) relating to GM directly
+ Manage the BBSC and other indicators of general management
+ Assist GM for the preparation of PPT presentations or others
+ Manage communication in Chinese and English between GM and Local Authorities
+ Manage and/or supervise all high level events (audits, visits, inspections, etc.)
+ Any other tasks directly depending on general management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above
+ Business professional secretarial background
+ At least 3 years similar working experience
+ Having experience of cooperating with foreigners
+ Outstanding communication skills and organization skills
+ Ability to manage emergencies
+ Good execution capabilities
+ Good at Microsoft software (word,excel,ppt) and good reporting skills
+ Excellent English skill in verbal, writing and reading
+ Prefered ability to speak French
+ Active, responsible, virtuous, good willing to learn and develop, good talent to manage interpersonal relationship, positive attitude , steady-going
+ High motivation to develop on this function for 2 years at least
+ Willing to work and live in Beilun
