Position Title: Regional Sell Through Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with Account Manger to improve and guarantee the sell through performance of stores;

· Collect and analyze sell through and inventory data with Sales Operations;

· Breakdown, implement and check ABP plan for stores;

· Coach and monitor Retail Operations, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing implement in store;

· Ensure in store communication (ISC) execution and keep strong relation with key contacts;

· Inventory audit and management with HQ inventory team;

· Communicate and coach sell through process/policy to account team to influence more stores

Experience / Skills Required:

· 2-3 years related experience with a high class consumer goods or retail brand;

· A passion for and an understanding of SPORT, along with the desire to translate this passion into exploring the sports market in China;

· Good understanding of retail business;

· Good communication & interpersonal skills;

· Open-minded,Team player;

· Good organizational skills;

· Good data collection and analysis skil;

· Strong PC skills;
