一、 APM/TL :
负责项目管理和内部控制，现急需要APM 和TL人选；
英语要非常好，经常可以去UK那边出差：
人选与人沟通的能力特别强，懂技术，又能分析了解客户的需求。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leading a small of SE/SSE working closely on design of new/revised
computer systems by studying existing systems, analyzing user requirements
and specifying new/enhanced system components, and writing/amending programs
according to specifications.
2. Ensure effective installation of computer systems by participating in the
testing and conversion procedure.
3. Provide technical support to IT staff and other Bank departments.
Candidate Specifications:
1. Good command of written and oral English.
2. At least 8 years of solid IT experience and at least 2 years at project
management level.
3. With vast exposure in bank, finance or business environment, or with
academic qualification.
4. With exposure to banking / financial IT.
5. Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.
二、 vision plus 的人继续招聘，只要 SSE职位的人，优秀的话，薪资不是问题；
三、 testing team leader — AS400 方向；Mainframe方向
考虑两种人：一种就是做测试的，技术背景很强；另一种是做开发的，懂测试，愿意往
测试的方向发展。要求英语口语和书写都没有问题；
四、 BA 和Lead BA—5年以上BA工作经验，薪资是open的;
· Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, and
translate customer requests needs related to technology, processes and/or
workflows into clear, unambiguous, feasible and verifiable functional
specifications
Conduct feasibility studies and in depth impact analysis of
possible strategic solutions and propose options for management
consideration
Manage the implementation of IT applications or system
enhancements throughout the whole project lifecycle to achieve the agreed
benefits within timeframe, scope and cost
Take ownership of projects, sharing business knowledge with other
team members as well as producing Management Reporting / Dashboard for
tracking
Coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure that IT
systems are effectively tested and successfully deployed
五、 JAVA 方向的TL 和experts：
1.Good command of written and oral English.
2.Keen and enthusiastic.
3. Ideally have more than 2 years' experiences in supporting and developing
computer applications, Java, J2SE/J2EE.
