Responsible for product&solution planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Ensuring that the product&solution meets the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Product&solution Manager is expected to:
Define the product&solution strategy and roadmap
Carry out competition analysis on a regular base
Develop the marketing promotion material for the product&solution
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Develop and implement go-to-market plan, work with all dept to execute
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Required experience and knowledge
Bachelor degree or above of first level University with engineering background (MBA preferred);
Minimum of 8 years experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products in power grid industry or renewable energy industry
Experience with renewable power solution preferred
3+ years of experience on managerial position and excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Must be able to travel around the world 30% of the time
Written and verbal fluency in both Mandarin and English language
