Job Summary:
Strategy Support and Implementation:
• Ensure that the design, implementation and communication of global corporate Compensation & Benefits strategies and programs that drive and support the company's philosophies and goals for attraction and retention of key talent are successfully implemented
• Regularly interact with US-based Global Compensation & Benefit group to ensure smooth strategic implementation of large-scale compensation and benefits initiatives
• Deliver management education programs to ensure effective communication to workforce, ensuring employee understanding and management accountability
• Interface with leadership team to ensure regional compliance and consistent deployment of the Company's Compensation & Benefits programs
• Provide advice and consultation to management team on compensation and benefits policies, procedures and issues, act as internal advisor and expert for local labor law and local market as well
• Lead team to conduct local market compensation survey and competitiveness analysis, guide and supervise the annual salary review process and the implementation of various pay programs
• Coordinate and administer the annual salary planning and administration, various incentive payment process and develops appropriate communications to support the whole process
• Lead team to develop and improve the benefits programs considering local regulations and global guidelines
• Deliver related training courses to build up and improve team capabilities and performance
Essential Functions
Direct a process of organizational planning that evaluates job documentation, and job leveling throughout the region. Coordinate activities across division lines. Evaluate global project plan to ensure timely completion
• Direct the implementation of a change in current compensation approach to a market pricing approach to ensure that the Company is market competitive in it's Reward's programs
• Identify cost impacts and savings through various financial methodologies for regional compensation benefit programs
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, future trends and competitive market place in a high-tech environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Ten to fifteen years' experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within the Compensation and Benefits function.
• A minimum of three years' recent experience in a global consulting company with direct experience in implementing large global compensation and benefit programs to regions outside of the United States.(it’s preferred but not must required).
• International human resources experience highly preferred, especially with strong cross-cultural and multiple language fluency.
• Affiliations with successful companies which practice effective global compensation management.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence senior level management and executives.
