EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
·At least 5 years in international procurement
·Familiar with consumer electronic/IT finished products, related technology, critical components, and supplier networks
·Strong ability to negotiate agreements based on knowledge of supplier capacities and input from headquarter procurement
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and able to work with diversified group of people
·Skills in creating and analyzing Bill of Materials for finished consumer electronic/IT finished goods
·Supply chain concepts and implementation of tactics.
·MNC experience preferred
·Mature, analytical, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills and able to work independently
·Fluent English in writing, listening and speaking
