as agreed on our last conversation per request please find the following short explanation concerning the business fields we are active in with our holding company worldwide:
The main field is the purchase of MTNs and Bonds (fully cash backed and unstructured, unsubordinated primary notes from banks with a min AA-rating).
We also take part in managed Buy-Sell-Programmes (but only in the case the whole setup is done already and the transaction bank is confirming that the commitment and the exit-buyer are already locked in).
As we are an institutional buyer we have also several commitments we can sell to our exit-buyers. Therefore we need several transaction banks which we can use as a platform in between that means we would open an account in the bank, place our papers and our exit buyers in there and sell the paper to our exit buyers. Therefore the administration and a part of the profit should stay in the transaction bank.
We are also able to secure big projects that should be financed by a bank that will give the loan therefore with collaterals that we are issuing therefore. Therefore we work with the loan up in front of the beginning of the project within our commitments or we take part in PPPs to finance the project for 100%.
Of course we can also use some investors’ funds to go into one of our PPPs by giving a bond power. The min. amount therefore is 100 m. Euro.
Furthermore we are searching to join in several interesting projects (if they are interesting to us and fit to our company’s business field). This would have to be discussed closer of course as we have a fully FED approved project list with humanitarian projects we are accomplish already. This is more a smaller field.
We would also buy several BGs in higher volumes to one of our exit buyers (in case they are interesting, that means min. AA-rated, cash backed, etc.)
At the moment we hold also a bigger allocation of USD ready for transaction in a bank that will guarantee to exchange them against Euro. These are FED registered an approved currency contracts with government facilities. Therefore we would transfer the USD in an account of that bank that would give the confirmation to exchange them. All the contracts and also the funds are immediately ready therefore.
This is a rough explanation which of course had to be discussed in the several points directly with a potential business partner. Perhaps we can find an interesting field for us in China.
