Lehman needs money badly and ASAP, but it is still asking too much, per KDB, but the deal is getting close, 据说哈。KDB will be a 50% owner, initially 25% down, 25% balance later. But KDB is a government agency; it is thinking to privatize itself by having an IPO soon. It may line up with other partners to complete the deal.
The question is, how much Lehman is asking for??? Its stock was up about 8% this morning. Is it a good buy now? No matter with this deal or not, Lehman may be having another loss of about 4 billion for the coming quarter. Ouch!!!
Personally I am really really less aggressive than before.
Cash is the king. But, you will neve gain if you don't play. Half of my brain is telling me to do something, the other half is suggesting me to buy energy/oil/gas stocks back when their prices are down down down.
To be or not to be, that is the question!
That makes such "games" so interesting; nothing is clean cut, and the black or white.
