Head of Hardware & Electronics Essential Job Functions:
1.Smartphone HW development
Make sure that we develop the product with all required part from the HW group: right quality, price, time and productability.
2.Smartphone HW group
Develop the team and people so they can grow and take bigger responsibility.
3.Set up and develop
Set up and develop the cooperation with Sweden Smartphone department, EMP and other part of MC and external interfaces.
4.Budget and Planning
Plan and resource allocation for HW/ EL department.
5.HW process owner
Plan, define, provide, develop, processes, methods, equipment and tools, secure commonality, alignment and reuse within Smartphone department and other part of MC.
6.Other task
Fulfill other relative task assigned by manager in accordance with business needs.
Qualifications:
1.Academic/Professional Education
Master Electrical and or Computer Engineering
2.Relevant Experience
Minimum 10 years of combined management and HW/electronic engineering
and experience in wireless product development, or hardware development
combined with software and system integration.
3.Technical Skills & Knowledge (outside academic/professional education)
People management skills, network within telecom HW industry. Product
development skills. Good general financial understanding.
