·To formulate and implement operational strategy, standards and processes
·To build a centralized sourcing planning function
·Build a strong Operations organization to support business in premises, infrastructure and administrative needs
·To build strong internal processes and control on operating expenses
·Monitor process management, vendor management, office administration, COB, Records Management, etc
·To develop company into a Centre of excellence in banking software development in term of provision of staffing resources and advanced technical training
·Be responsible for monitoring the campus road show and Employer Branding for Company
Requirements:
·Education: Bachelor or above;
·Working Experience:
- Minimum 10-year working experience in related industries, preferable someone who has strong operational and process management experience
- Familiar with Facilities Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Sourcing and Vendor Management, Training and Development would be advantageous
·Technical knowledge:
- Familiar with IT industry and company business operation will be a plus
·Behavior competency:
- Good communication skills, persuasive skills and interpersonal skills
- Good management skills, patient, understanding and helpful
- Good interview and selection talents skills
- Extremely self motivated, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
