A:It's well accepted in overseas, it's a huge business in fact.

A: You can start a fund company in china now,japan market is also overly regulated, but you can deal with it.
3.With the assets in hands, are there enough products to invest and leverage? Can we deal with the current extremely inefficient market structure and the obscure legal framework?
A: There will be. You don't need leverage, I am not thinking about a hedge fund, it's more traditional money managment. There will be enough market to trade in two or three years.Even in stock market, you cna find ways working around short sale rules.
4.How to complete with the local companies? They are dominating the game now.
A: There is no real instutional market yet. And local companies no offense, know nothing. It's easy to beat shit out of them.
5.At last, it is the Achilles heel for all of us, how many experienced people are willing to take the risk? It is an unsure thing obviously, and you need a team to run it.
A: you can train fresh hires as long as top guys are really good.
