Responsibilities
Work in a boundaryless fashion with business HR, corporate C&B team and be able to drive/execute objectives in a collaborative and facilitative manner
• Play a key role in Genpact Japan C&B policy redefine and redesign, support C&B leader in Genpact Japan M&A activities and projects
• Lead the process of annual compensation planning & execution for Genpact Japan and monthly administration for Japan payroll
• Co-work with C&B Manager of Genpact China and HK for develop/implement applicable incentive compensation and Genpact benefits plans
• Provide standard and ad hoc reports/analysis for effective management decision making
• Support cross region/city talent transfer, design and implement appropriate policy, benefits structure etc to ensure consistency and fairness
Qualifications
岗位要求:
• Relevant experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
• 5 years minimum of experience in HR generalist role, including 3 years focusing on compensation & benefits design/implementation area at a MNC
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills, capable of multi-tasks
• Excellent communication skills, fluent Japanese, bilingual (Japanese and English) is preferred.
• Proactive problem solving skills – resourceful, make independent and accountable decisions
