Requirement：
- Strong coding skills in Java and modern development frameworks
- Very solid design and development experience in distributed systems
- 10+ years of working experience
- Experience at a technology startup is a plus
- Experience with C/C++ is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
