Job Description：
• Continuously monitor the market prices for production materials used by the plant so as to find the most cost efficient options for the desired quality.
• Forward samples from potential suppliers to the technical department for testing, so as to examine their suitability and quality.
• Create and analyze stock coverage reports for all production components in order to monitor and maintain the desired stock levels.
• Create MRP forecasts for all suppliers based on the production plan from the BaaN system so as to allow them getting prepared for our orders.
• Create forecast for SIC materials of all suppliers based on INV orders from BaaN system in order to formulate an efficient production planning.
• Create purchase orders for given group of suppliers based on MRP forecast from the BaaN system so as to follow company procedures.
• Analyze and create purchase orders for subcontracted items based on the production plan from the BaaN system and the stock coverage report.
• Analyze and create orders for side painted panels based on the order register, the production plan, the product’s specifications and the stock.
• Follow-up on a continuous basis the status of open orders, focusing on their on time realization in order to minimize delays.
• Ensure the timely update of logistics parameters in the BaaN system for the purchasing area, so as to optimize departmental operation, eliminate errors and minimize delays.
• Ensure the proper completion of all purchasing process documentation and check the accuracy of the invoices in relation to the issued orders, in order to minimize order or payment errors.
Requirement：
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in Business Administration
• Computer literacy
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• English language (Intermediate level)
WORK EXPERIENCE (Specify length and type/areas)
• Minimum 3-4 years in related positions (preferably in a manufacturing company)
