Position Responsibility: (Job Purpose)
To lead TDL department, responsible for scale up, exhibit batches and technology transfer of new products to manufacturing and handling any product/process related shop floor problems.
Job Profile:
Responsible for execution of scale up, exhibit batches and technology transfer of new products to manufacturing
- To ensure smooth functioning of Process Development Lab.
- Ensure timely execution of exhibit batches for providing technical support and coordinating the activities between various functions like R & D, plant & Purchase.
- Scale-up, technology transfer and process validation of new products at the mfg. location.
- Provide support for registration of products in China and other countries by providing requisite documents/data.
- Updation of existing processes at plant with a view to make these robust, cost effective and more productive.
- Trouble shooting and handling technical issues related to products/ processes.
- Generation of master documents for manufacturing & Process validation.
Competencies Required:
A post graduate in Pharmacy with a minimum of 10 yrs. experience in product or process development.
