GM, Ford and whole Michigan state devoted billions of dollars to this technology. Currently, there are still a lot of practical issues about its implementation.
1. temperature requirements.
2. power issue.
3. gas station and the investment
it is stupid to invest money purely in the R&D stage, if you do not control the products or the implementation, you have no stable cash flows.
This man is trying to mislead banks or Chinese gov, or rich people to get more money.
