I thought 法定代表人 should be the person(s) who is/are responsible for legal issues. For example, if an organization is involved in illegal entanglement, such as fraud, or product/services that causes public damage, who should be responsible for that?
Obviously I was wrong. However, based on that definition, 法定代表人 does not have to exist at all. It's just an additional redundent title imposed on an organization. It can be done away with, completely.
