We had a registration first, in which we tells how much we intend to invest. Then they requires us to open the Capital account and the basic account. There is always a period you can gradually put money into the capital account. YOu don't have to meet your intended investment quote before the registration.
In our case, the company has been there for a while. And we went through the capital verification once already. But that does not mean we have fullfiled the investment amount we promised in the charter of registration.
