Responsibilities:
1.Serve as a field sales/marketing engineer to support APAC team, partners and customers with integrating Plantronics audio device with partner Unified Communications
2.Engage local UC partners and key end users (via field visit and conference call), and identify software requirements and feasibility of integrating Plantronics audio device in UC partner softphone.
3.Conduct conference call on a regular basis with the US software product teams, and gain a good understanding of Plantronics Unified Communications software roadmap. He/she will accurately communicate the APAC customer expectations and requirements.
4.Must have excellent English language skills and be sensitive in communicating under different cultures, that will help him/her to understand and communicate the expectations of both customer and the Plantronics product team, and bridge the gap while satisfying the customer needs.
