From the past track recordes of this credit crunch, I kind of feel (feel, got it ) ETFC is a much more robust company than some of these older and bigger ones.
Their management had swift actions quite early. And I think they have quite a vast customer exposure because they are internet based -- they could fell a lot harder. They saved themselves. It says something about the company management just by the way they react.
Now you hear these big names falling left and right, but ETFC tumbled but still standing on its own.
I guess checking on the management of the company is important. But as an average Joe/Jenny, how can you check on the management of a company?
