make 20% return. To be frank, I doubt that such as investment is possible as every one will jump into and do just that.
My investment in real estate is purely a hobby. However, it has created strong cash flow and excellent return for me over the years. Far better than my stock investment.
It does not take much of my time to manage rental property. I hire property management company to take care of the tasks. I forcus on analyze the deals which is my strength.
My oppotunity cost is suprisingly low. As I turn this in to my lecture. I go out and teach people how to do this and because I am a professor who has hands on expereince, I am well paid.
Therefore, I make money from real estate from:
1: real money investment (I am in the market)
2: teach people what i know about real estate investment.
