这个主日的晚上，我们教会将要举办一场赈灾义演。这次的晚会跟以往的教会活动不同，因为它是首次由我们教会来自大陆的年轻基督徒倡议并组织的大型活动。

义演的发起人阿小曦姐妹，曾经在四川地震之后同我简短交流，谈到她的伤心和焦急。当时我以为谈完也就完了，其后各人捐款祷告，也没有其它献力的途径。

阿小曦要比我有心得多。她于上周六，在我们的新生小组查经时提出，由我们挑头，搞一台赈灾义演。

这个建议非常棒，但也非常大胆。

我从前曾经多次提到过，我们教会的中坚力量，一直是来自香港和台湾那些年纪较长的基督徒。我们这些从大陆移民过来的年轻家庭，在教会一直是被呵护的灵命婴孩，基本没挑过什么重要的担子。现在，在短短一周之内，我们要推出一台规模不小的演出，别说是对于我们这些拖家带口的年轻父母，就是对于我们整个的教会，都是极大的挑战。

而迎接这一挑战的领头人阿小曦，本身也是一位全职工作的母亲。晚上回家，还要照顾三个年龄不大的孩子，其中最小的那个才是襁褓里的婴儿。

今天中午，我同阿小曦通了一个电话，沟通演出相关事宜。其间她说：“无名，我觉得这绝不仅仅是钱的问题。我先生他们的清华校友会，单单在硅谷，就上个礼拜那么几天，已经筹集了一百万的捐款。说实在的，就凭咱们这么个小教会，无论如何努力，能捐的钱都是非常有限的。不过我觉得吧，就算筹不到多少钱，这也是咱们华人应该做的——总比干看着同胞受苦流泪要强吧。咱们这一带，本来华人就不多，还都一向比较疏远。在中国这么遭难的时候，我们的 community 应该抱团儿！我认识的一些早年从大陆来的人，知道倒是知道地震了，可是一点儿不觉得这跟自己有什么关系。我们没准儿能通过这台演出，让大家齐心协力，联合起来，奉献爱心。”

她这份顷力而为的真情，让我很受感动。自从地震，正如常说的那样，同胞们有钱的出钱有力的出力。我也多次想过，除了捐款和祷告，我究竟还能做些什么？而阿小曦，她不仅想了，还做了。

于是现在，我们这群背的背抱的抱一大堆孩子的人，正在接受新的信心考验，期盼爱心在主内的联合。我们能力虽然有限，但是愿意为此同心祈祷，求神恩慈的援手托住我们。
